Dr. David Almagor, Chairman, CEO, Co-Founder

The company CEO is Dr. David Almagor, a veteran high-tech executive with over 25 years of experience in managing complex R&D as well as business entities, and taking them from startup inception to business success.

Formerly, David was an adviser to technology companies such as Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN), Audiocodes (NASDAQ: AUDC), PowerDsine - acquired by Microsemi (NASDAQ: MSCC), Modem Art - acquired by Agere (NYSE: LSI) and board member at Lucid (private).

Prior to that, David was the founding CEO and Chairman of Mysticom Semiconductor, a network IC provider that David had founded in 1997, and that was sold to Transwitch (NASDAQ: TXCC) in 2005.

Earlier, David was DSP Technology Group Director at National Semiconductor. David was also co-founder at Metalink (NASDAQ: MTLK) and worked at AMETEK (NYSE: AME).

Dr. Almagor is an author of more than 40 publications and a co-author of 3 US patents.
He holds several university degrees: PhD EE and M.S.EE from the University of California San Diego and B.S.EE from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
