As Chief Executive Officer, Yaniv oversees the day-to-day operations of the company as well as provides vision, strategic direction and focused execution to Panoramic Power. Vardi is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with close to two decades of executive leadership experience in the Enterprise Solution Industry.
Prior to joining Panoramic Power, Vardi was the co-founder and Managing Director of Sparta Systems EMEA successfully driving sales, marketing, operations and professional services.
Yaniv established a long-standing and impressive track record of developing global business strategies and directing the worldwide growth which resulted in an ever-increasing yearly revenue of dozens of millions of dollars with significant profitability.
Yaniv graduated Magna Cum Laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology majoring in Industrial and Management Engineering and Management of Information Systems.
Adi serves as chief operation officer and chief technology officer at Panoramic Power and brings more than a decade of experience as an innovator, incubator, marketer and entrepreneur in the technology sector. As chief operation officer, Adi Shamir holds overall responsibility for various aspects of the daily operations, including product development and management, supply chain, and service.
Adi is also responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development, according to strategic direction and growth objectives.
Prior to Panoramic Power, Mr. Shamir worked at AeroScout, a developer of real-time locations systems (RTLS) for healthcare and industrial consumers, which was recently sold to Stanley Black & Decker Inc. (NYSE: SWK) for upwards of $250 million. His previous experience includes technical marketing responsibilities for RFWaves (acquired by VISHAY, NYSE: VSH), a semi-conductor startup that develops short-range wireless communications chipsets.
Mr. Shamir manages an extensive patent portfolio for items ranging from RF antennas to RTLS system design to energy-sensing solutions. He has an M.Sc. and a B.Sc (cum laude) in Physics from Tel Aviv University with a specialty in electrodynamics.
Tsafrir (goes by Safi) leads Panoramic Power's North American business development, strategic partnerships, and IoT initiatives.
Prior to joining Panoramic Power, Safi served as the Vice President for Business Development at Arcadian Networks, a provider of smart-grid wide area networks to the energy sector - electric, water, and gas companies.
Safi also worked at Gilo Ventures, where he focused on the funds’ portfolio companies, driving various aspects of the business including marketing, strategy, planning, partnerships and acquisitions.
Safi holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and an LLB in Law from The Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
As Panoramic Power’s Chief Financial Officer, Sharon is responsible for overseeing all financial, legal and administrative operations of the company.
Sharon has more than fifteen years of global corporate finance management, strategic decision making and planning, contracts and legal in advanced technologies and services startups in a wide range of industries.
Prior joining Panoramic Power Sharon was a CFO at fring (acquired by GENBAND) where he was he was part of the new strategy team and led the due diligence process with the acquirer. Before joining fring, Sharon was a CFO at Schema (acquired by TEOCO). He was part of the strategy team of Schema and led a very successful due diligence process with the acquirer.
Sharon is a C.P.A (Isr) and holds a B.A. in Business Administration specializing in Accounting from the Faculty of Business Administration at the College of Management and L.L.M. in the Faculty of Law from Bar Ilan University.
As VP of Products, Teddy is responsible for driving the company's product strategy and execution.
Teddy joins Panoramic Power with over 20 years of experience, driving innovation at enterprise software and communications companies.
Prior to joining Panoramic Power, Teddy was VP Products at Radvision (acquired by Avaya in 2008) for ten years. Before that, he was VP Product at Cyota, a cloud-based anti-fraud software solution provider (acquired by RSA Security).
Teddy has a B.Sc in Electric Engineering from The Technion Institute in Haifa and an M.Sc in Electric & Computer Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
As VP software development, Gev is responsible for Panroamic Power's software development, quality assurance and development operations.
Mr Decktor has over 17 years of software development leadership in variety of technologies and business environments: mobile, big data analytics, networking, 3D apps/games and video processing, payments and risk engines.
Prior to joining Panoramic Power, Gev served in senior software leadership positions in PlayBuzz, Paypal, Payoneer, GameStream, Symantec and Comverse. He holds a bachelor degree in computer sciences from MTA – Tel Aviv's academic college.
